Having practised as an architect for more than a decade, he has also spent years working as a Project Manager: managing architects, consultants, and builders as a client-side representative.

This gives him a unique perspective of truly understanding a client’s needs - because he has been one!

CT has worked on projects large and small, from bathroom and kitchen fitouts, renovations, new builds, to multi-residential developments and high profile luxury homes. His portfolio also includes $50m-$500m + developements.

CT’s journey began when he embarked on his own renovation project with his wife in 2024. While he could leverage his own expertise in design and cost management, he quickly realised that many people did not want to spend a significant portion of their budget engaging consultants to do this for them.

As a result, he has witnessed the outcomes of many DIY design journeys - uncertain, drawn out, with inefficient design outcomes. Even with a consultant team, designs rarely came in within budget - which meant more re-work after spending tens of thousands in fees. A lose-lose situation.

Drawn Home was found to help clients side step this problem: combining cost certainty that goes hand-in-hand with the design process.
